Hey,

 

I have a Envy laptop with Beats audio. I'm not getting an audio out from the main speakers of my laptop, only the little beats branded "subwoofer" from the bottom of the laptop. Have no idea what happened to it. pls help.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to reinstall the W10 IDT audio driver from your notebook's support page, and restart the PC.

 

This package contains the driver that enables the IDT High-Definition (HD) Audio in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.
