Speakers problem , OMEN by HP – 17-an180no

OMEN by HP – 17-an180no
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey , i bought laptop OMEN by HP – 17-an180no  , but build spekers does not work , when i plug in head phones to jack it works  , i tryed to reinstall windows without succes , i used Hp Support Assistand program and done everything like in instruction (update drivers , choose device etc.)  i just done everything , but still not works , speakers and pluged in to mother board also. Does anyone have idea what else can be?

Without headphones, what do you have under Sound settings Output  (first item) ?
