Microsoft Windows 11

After restarting to install updates today, my speakers sound tinny and I can hardly hear anything.  I ran the diagnostic and is says nothing is wrong, but there clearly is!  Literally was in a Zoom meeting at noon, received the prompt that updates needed installed, chose resart and install, and then the sound was shot.  Ideas?
