It's urgent.. Pls 🙏.,.... I am unable to perform any task on this laptop... I think total laptop is damaged... Your hp & those retailer cheat me with give me damage laptops by HP!

Have you performed all the troubleshooting steps suggested by the support team?
Have you run any hardware diagnostics to confirm whether it is a hardware or a software issue?
I would like to inform you that, we at HP community do not have the service options and you need to contact support to check the available service options for your computer.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
In case if you are still facing issues getting the service options then keep me posted and I will check the available options.
