It's urgent.. Pls 🙏.,.... I am unable to perform any task on this laptop... I think total laptop is damaged... Your hp & those retailer cheat me with give me damage laptops by HP! 


as soon as possible pls send technician 
Totally keyboard is not working now sometimes & speaker is same problem.. Just like cracking sound... many times your HP. Support says install driver & update the bios but till now he unable to correct my issue cause it's not software your HP laptop hardware is damaged 
 
Come first & replace my laptop keyboard & speaker
 
{ when I call your agent,  they just saying it's not possible in the way!  Why?.. I have warranty & it's should not be!  This HP laptop totally damage.. You give me!}
 
Just send an engineer to replacement those hardware.  First cause i'm unable to perform any task for this issue... I am a programmer so I have to work on keyboard... Pls send technician as soon as possible... Pls I am requesting your HP.. Don't cheat me again,

Have you performed all the troubleshooting steps suggested by the support team?

Have you run any hardware diagnostics to confirm whether it is a hardware or a software issue?

 

I would like to inform you that, we at HP community do not have the service options and you need to contact support to check the available service options for your computer.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

 

In case if you are still facing issues getting the service options then keep me posted and I will check the available options.
