Hi everyone,

I've been experiencing this problem for a while now, hoping for a driver update to solve it, but so far it persists.

The audio keeps failing and I can't hear anything unless I run the audio trouble shooter and it reinstalls the REALTEK driver again. Happens several time a day and it's very annoying. My OS is up to date and so are all my drivers.

 

I notice that the problem coincides with using google chrome and apps such as youtube and spotify, and websites with sounds in general. Happens when I pause a video or a song, or switch from one video to another.. suddenly audio is gone and I have to run the trouble shooter again.. it fixes it but the problem keeps happening again and again.

 

Any help?
