Spectre x360 distorted sound on right speaker and high pitched Buzzing

When I booted up my notebook today, I then went on YouTube and clicked on a video, and Suddenly there was a high pitched buzz almost sounding like that the right speaker has blown. There was sound, but it was distorted and almost non existent as compared to the High pitched buzz. I closed the video immediately, and tried listening to music on the laptop however, that too suddenly became distorted and there was a high pitched buzz.

It sounds like the right speaker has blown! Should I get it replaced or this is just another one of those software issues?
