IM PART BLIND NEED TEXT  IN ALL UPPER CASE FORMAT 

HI IVE A HP ENVY TOYCH SCREEN LAPTOP  GOT IT @8232020

WHEN I PLAY VIDEOS  THERE 2 TYPES OF SOUND  SO I HIT IT 2 TIMES TO GET BETTER SOUND

ON THE LEFT SIDE OF VENTS AND WHERE SOUND COMES OUT FROM  I HEAR AT TIME A CRACKING  crackling sound ALL WAYS AT LEFT SIDE OF KEYBORD  DOES NOT MATTER IF SOUND IS OFF OR ON

 

I TRYED LOOKING  UP THIS TOPIC  BUT IT WAS CLOSED

 

2. MATTER  LAPTOP CAM OFF LIGHT DOES NOT APPEAR WHEN I HIT CAM OFF BOTTON ON  LAPTOP

 

ONLY 2 PROBS I HAVE WITH  THIS FROM 8 23 2020-=-9 29 2021

SORRY I CANT ANSWER YOU AS I STATED IM PART BLIND NEED UPPER CASE TO READ YOUR ANSWER CANT SEE LOWER CASE / I KNOW YOUR ASKING Q? BUT I CANT READ THEM  ALL I CAN TELL  YOU FROM WHAT I REMEMBER MY LAPTOP IS UP TO DATE FROM 80 DAYS BACK   AND IF THERES NEW UPDATES I CANT FIND THEM  FROM TIME OF HAVING THIS PC BIOS UPDATED 2 TIMES AND IVE LOST COUNT ABOUT WHINDOWS

Run Audio Troubleshooter

 

  - Launch Troubleshooting by typing and clicking “Troubleshooting” in Windows search.

  - Click on "Playing Audio".

  - Follow the on-screen instructions.

 

If you continue facing the issue, then uninstall the audio driver from the device manager and then download and install it from the below link.

Here is how it is done.

 

  1. Type "Device Manager" into the search field to open the device manager console.
  2. Expand the node that represents the type of device that you want to uninstall, right-click the device entry, and click Uninstall.
  3. On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click OK to start the uninstall process.
  4. When the uninstall process is complete, remove the device.

NOTE: On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click the Delete the driver software for this device option to delete the driver package that was used for the device.
