I have tried ALL the listed fixes, but I still cannot be heard while doing a Zoom call due to the static/Crackle in the Internal Mic.
AND, of course my warranty expired in Feb. I'm really at a loss as how to proceed.
I didn't have the problem at first but after an update (which I don't know if that was the reason for the change) I started having these mic issues.
Like many attempting to work from home this is effecting me drastically....any help would be most appreciated!!!

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
- Step 1: Check the microphone hardware (do not skip any troubleshooting steps if you feel steps are repeating)
- Step 2: Update the audio driver
- Step 3: Use the Troubleshooting tool
- Step 4: Configure the sound settings in Windows

- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Have you tried with different app such as Skype?
- Have you made any hardware/software changes?
