Product: HP Laptop PC 15-dw3000 (1A3X9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Whenever i play any kind of videos i hear a static or crackling sound for 1-2 seconds and it get back to normal after that. i would like to accept any kind of help if necessary. thanks in advance.
