Hi,
when watching a video from www.coursera.com on firefox or chrome I get this static/crackling noise from my speakers every couple of minutes.
I tried to update my audio drivers using HP Support assistant and it didn't help.
I tried to manually install audio driver from here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-spectre-13-4000-x360-convertible-pc/7527520/mode...
How can I fix the problem?
Thanks,
Yaron

Driver from your link is 4 years old. Please download and install a newer one (try the second one first)
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp97001-97500/sp97021.exe
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp107501-108000/sp107674.exe
Hope this helps.
Regards.

regarding the drivers, the first one doesn't compatible with my OS.
the second one doesn't update the driver. The CMD file is running but I can see in the device manager that the driver is not updated.
after further examination, this problem also occurs when I'm listening to music in spotify.
but, when I download the video from coursera.com to my laptop and watch it via vlc media player the problem does not occur. could it be something with my internet connection? for all I know it is in perfect condition.
what do you recommend me to do?
Thanks,
Yaron
