HP Envy x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For the last few weeks, I've been experiencing some static and crackling sounds coming from my laptop speakers. It doesn't do it when its muted. It also doesn't do it when I use headphones. Only through the laptop speakers. I have checked and all drivers are updated. Just not sure what to do now. Thanks!

What is your HP Envy x360 ? Please download and do a CLEAN install the following Realtek Audio software

    https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp97001-97500/sp97080.exe

If no luck, please post back EXACTLY what is the model/product of your HP Envy x360.

Regards.

Hello! Thank you very much for your response. Unfortunately that link doesn't work. I can try and search up the install though. And I guess the full model of this laptop is called HP Envy x360 Convertible 15m-cn0xxx

So I uninstalled and reinstalled the audio software and that seems to have fixed the issue. Thanks very much Banhien!
