HP Gaming Speakers X1000

Still waiting for replacement for HP Gaming Speakers X1000 since January 8, 2021. I dont have time to track down customer service with the virtual assistant. I submitted a case on 1/8/21 and was told a replacement would be sent. Still waiting.
