My TWS Realme and boat earphones won't connect to 'mic' and 'music' and if they do, then the sound constantly breaks up and I need to sit at a specific angle for the sound to be uninterrupted but after 30-40 seconds the sound again starts breaking. I have been encountering this issue for several weeks despite having all the latest updates and it's confirmed that the TWS earphones have a problem just with my HP notebook and not any other device because they connect effortlessly to my mobile phone.
I would appreciate any advice that would help me to deal with this issue. I tried reinstalling drivers manually from the HP website yet the issue persists.
