Hi, I bought my notebook some weeks ago and I found out that audio through headphone jack is terrible. It is totally flat, no bass. I tried with other devices and my earphones are working fine, I have problems only with this notebook. I installed the latest driver available in HP website, but Windows is unable to install them. I run windows 10 v1909 64bit.

Do you mean B&O ? Where did you download from ? What is the error message ? Please try
(a) Download the following file and save on your computer
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp100001-100500/sp100144.exe
(b) Go to Device Manager to uninstall Realtek aodio software and reboot,
(c) Right click downloaded file and run as administrator,
(d) Reboot.
Hope this helps.
Regards.
