Product: HP EliteBook 840 14 inch G10 Notebook PC (6V5Z4AV) i

The audio on my HP EliteBook 840 14 inch G10 Notebook PC (6V5Z4AV) is not working.  The latest drivers were installed and no change.

On mine, the audio works fine until I plug in an external camera or a USB phone.  When I do that, the Windows Audio service stops and won't restart until unplugging the external devices.  I'm also using an HP dock.
