Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The laptop does not boot up.   The quick test for the hard drive passed but the memory test failed    Here’s a screen shot of the failed memory code

I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region for a hardware service as the failure ID indicates a hardware malfunction.
