Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa1000 (7K2V7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a few problems. The sound disappeared after reinstalling Windows 10, when trying to troubleshoot, it writes that the audio device is disabled, I did an analysis in the HP Support Assistant, it says that the device is turned on and nothing changes, it also stopped doing the touchpad, I tried to press fn+f11), I only see the mouse that I connect via the usb port. There is also probably a problem with the processor, but you need to understand the basic functions first.
