There is an urgent suspicion that the internal microphones are defective.

The missing gain can be estimated using the program "Audacity".
On the right, the green bars show the level of the microphone at the typical gain 50%.
In the following image the maximum gain is set to 150%.
The green bars show a large imbalance between the left and right microphones.
In the next image, the balance was set as equal as possible
