No Audio from a HP Envy 17t Laptop suddenly =

Error when running HP Hardware Diagnostics, Device Manager/System Diagnostics/Intel(R)Smart Sound Technology (Intel(R) SST) Audio Controller: Device Status (Code 43); [I have no clue as to what triggered this series of events which occurred this morning at 8:10 AM] Events: Device Migrated, Configured (hdadiobus.inf), Install Requested, Started HDAudBus), Configured oem43.inf), Not Started (IntcAudioBus); and a device Power_Failure (sic) although I can't remember exactly how I managed to display the full 4-word message.

The system is a Windows 10 Pro, Version 10.0 18362 Build 18362

The Driver is the latest. Update has apparently clobbered all the System Restore Points that I had. Updating the Software to this latest version this evening didn't fix the issue nor did running Restart via MSCONFIG to minimal Safe then back to Normal.

I did download an earlier version of the Driver software .cab but I could never figure out how to get the driver chooser to see the .cab folder in my Downloads folder as this was suggested to fix an earlier problem.
