Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, I have tried to play videos in my laptop and missing with audio. When I tried to install some drivers, failed with installation. Kindly help on this. Product # 2EY84PA#ACJ

Safe with Windows 10 (32-bit)? There are only 64-bit drivers on the associated driver page.
