Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Guys, I had the DTS:X Ultra preinstalled on my laptop since I received it. I clean installed my windows 10 home to pro version 20H2 and have been unable to reinstall DTS:X Ultra from the Microsoft store, it always shows an error and the downloading never starts. Help me, and Thanks for help!!
