Greetings @parulchandel14

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that the audio turns off multiple times on your notebook.

Not to worry, I will be glad to help.

Kudos to you for trying to troubleshoot the issue on your own.

Have you run an audio test from system diagnostics? Click here

Request you do a right-click on the Windows button.

Open device manager.

Uninstall the audio device from Sound, Video and game controllers.

Please delete the driver when prompted.

Restart the computer.

Download the audio driver from this link and install it on the computer and check.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for replying @Chimney_83 I just want to let you know that I have been facing multiple problems with my HP Pavilion 15 AU003TX from about 4-5 months. I am facing screen flickering, dead screen and my system hangs totally very ofenly. It restarts itself in such a case. I contacted my dealer and he asked me to get a video proof for this. Well, I have the video proof now, but I am currently put of station. What shall I do?? The laptop is currently under manufacturing warranty. Please tell me the steps I shall take to remove these flaws. In case it is a manufacturing flaw, what will happen??
