https://youtu.be/0FIUxxYRnhI Hello everyone. I have a HP Envy 360 and having a loud high pitch sound when trying to play a audio file. Not sure if coincidence but was plugging in my sound equipment and plugging into headphone jack port as always previously done. Now after powering on unit and attempting to play a audio file I get an unbearable brief spaceship type noise. Anyone have suggestions? I have erased/updated/reset audio drivers and also went back to a previous point just for the heck of it to see with no success. No audio play minus the horrific quick noise. Thanks in advance. Will attempt to also include brief video of sound.

Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps Audio issue
To resolve this issue, download and install the SoftPaq or update the audio driver in Device Manager.
Option 1: Download and install the SoftPaq to update the audio driver:
Let's start off by updating the Bios, Chipset, and graphics card drivers on your PC from our HP support website, using this link.
Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver
Option 2: Update the audio driver in Device Manager
- Open Device Manager.
- Expand Sound video and game controllers.
- Right-click on Realtek Audio Device.
- Select Update Driver Software.
- Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the driver.
