Ok, so I'm having this issue with my computer and my niece is having the same problem so it must be connected to an update or something. We both have the same computer. 

When I try to push the volume keys, it doesn't change the volume. The bar goes up and down but, until it goes down to zero, no matter what number it is on, the volume stays the same. I have to go in to my games/apps manually and change the video. I've had this with itunes, the Sims, YouTube, and when watching videos from my computer. The volume doesn't change unless I change it on the app.
