Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0100ax
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The one-year warranty of my  HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0100ax laptop completed in the month of June 2022. After that I am unable to adjust my system volume. Even though the speaker icon shows its changing but is not changing at all. Level 0 is off and 1-100 is on. No increase, no decrease. I tried to chat live with an expert but due to warranty expire there is no such facility available for an old loyal costumer too. The virtual assistant is the worst of all. Can anyone help me solving the problem?

To help you I need to know the product number (p/n) of your notebook !

 

You will find this information on the back/rear of your notebook in small alphanumeric letters.

The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information about the computer. This is not sensitive data.

It is allowed to publish it in public.

( run command )

copy / paste the System SKU value and BIOS Version/Date value
