Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eh0000 (9WD44AV)

The volume control on screen, keyboard or function key will not work so the sound is always very loud. It can't be changed in settings and remains loud. I've reinstalled the realtek driver. It will change if headphones jack used.
