Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI All,

 

The volume on the HP Omen 17 with RTX 2070 GPU is extremely low even at full settings.This does not look like a hardware issue since I got another laptop of the same model.

Looks like this issue us prevalent. Let me know if anyone has a solution

Perform a clean install audio driver should help But what is your HP Omen 17 ?  Please use the following way to find out model/product of your machine


            https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108


Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).

The model is HP 17-cb1055-CL.I have the same model with the exact same issue.I bought the second one for testing to see if it is a hardware issue.
