Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT THIS LAPTOP, IT HAD BLUE TOOTH.  i KNOW THIS BECAUSE I USED IT ALL THE TIME TO CONNECT TO MY SOUND BAR.  WHEN I TRY TO CONNECT NOW, I GET A MESSAGE THAT THE BLUE TOOTH NEEDS TURNED ON.  WHEN I TRY TO DO THIS I THEN GET A MESSAGE STATING THAT THIS DEVICE IS NOT ENABLED WITH BLUE TOOTH.  WHAT HAPPENED AND HOW DO I FIX THIS?

And still can't find it you may need to update driver. But what EXACTLY your machine ?  Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).
