HP Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I connect Bluetooth speakers/headphones to Notebook the sound output is breaking. But when I connect with wired headphones there's no issue and even no issue with the inbuilt speakers as well. Whenever I connect with the audio Bluetooth devices the output sound breaks. Please help me with this issue. Thank you

@ChayaAllu, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Have you tried using an alternate Bluetooth device and check if the issue persists?

For now, let us try these steps:

To know how to connect a Bluetooth device correctly, refer to this document.

Perform the steps from this document to troubleshoot the connectivity issues.

Install updates using HP Support Assistant

  1. In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.
  2. Check for updates.
  3. If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
