I have just received a laptop, which proudly boasts having B&O sound. However, the laptop arrived without the B&O Graphic Equalizer. This was one of the main reasons my son wanted this model. I have searched everywhere trying to find the exe to install this software, but without success.
My laptop arrived without the software, but other people seem to have found that the Graphic Equalizer is mysteriously removed after windows performs updates. So far, have only found forum answers provided by HP tech support that point people to downloads which only contain the Realtek drivers, but not the B&O Graphic Equalizer.
I currently haver a brand new laptop which has B&O printed on it, but has no such sound functionality!
Come on HP, where is the file to install the B&O Graphic Equalizer?

Please Open B&O Control Panel, it shout be there
(a) Right click B&O icon (it should be at the bottom right corner),
(b) Click to open B&O Control panel,
(c) Option for Equalizer should be the one at the bottom, middle button.
Regards.

As I indicated in my post, there is NO B&O Control Panel. It has not been installed at the factory. Surely, the .exe file to install the functionality must be available somewhere for download. Or perhaps somebody could email it to me.
Thank you.

I am having the same issue with all the new HP laptops that I freshly image.
I fixed my issue by updating Band and Olufsen from
C:\Program Files\CONEXANT\SA3\HP-NB-AIO and running setup64.exe
This removed the error message popping up every 10 seconds A Conexant audio device could not be found. The application will now exit.
After that there won't be error message but same way you won't be able to use Bang and Olufsen Audio Control Panel.
I tried same method on another HP G6 laptop and it is still popping up.
Can someone in HP have a look at this please?
