Where is the Bang & Olufsen equalizer/app in my new laptop? I can't find it anywhere, nor is it in the app store.

No, mine only shows "Internal Speaker".

 

Also, I noticed that the speakers at the top of my keyboard aren't even working. This is a brand new device. that I paid nearly $1,800.00 for. I'm disappointed with my experience so far.
