Hi, Albert:

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to try the W10 IDT audio driver from a newer model notebook.

Restart the PC after installing the driver...

6.10.6492.0

Hi Paul,

thanks for your answer!

I installed the drives that you have suggest me and, again, I don't heard nothing...
...BUT now if I press the "Troubleshoot" button in the the Sound Control Pannel I can heard the music but only until the Troubleshoot wizard is open, when I close it no sound again!!!
It is really very stange...
Any clues???

Thanks again,
Albert

You're very welcome, Albert.

That is very odd indeed.

Unfortunately, I don't have any other ideas for you to try, but this one...

Go to the device manager and click to expand the Sound, video and game controllers device category.

1. Select the IDT High Definition Audio CODEC under that category.

2. Select the Driver tab.

3. Click on the Update Driver button.

4. Select  -> Browse my computer for drivers

5. Select -> Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.

6. Select  High Definition Audio Device (Not  IDT High Def...  this is important.) and click Next.

A warning message may appear, but click Yes.

7. Windows has successfully updated your driver software.

8. Restart the PC.

 The key is step 6.

One other last ditch effort you can try would be this driver...this one was for Windows 8.1 and the older versions of W10.
