i did system recovery and after that sound lost .it doesnot play sound and audio again

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to see if reinstalling the audio driver and restarting the PC, gets the sound to work again.

 

This package contains the IDT High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver, which enables the audio for supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

In the windows control panel, make sure the PC speakers are set as the default output device.

after installing IDT audio driver.still doesn't work. only the earpiece is working
