audio mute key issue in my hp 15-AB031TX

HP PAVILION 15-AB031TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI GUYS 

 

Recently i am facing an issue with my laptop volume mute key, when ever  am pressng the mute key button total key board was not responding even i have raised complaint to hp service center technician told its a software issue.

please help me out
