Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

i purchased HP laptop 15 recently, i am facing issue with my audio it automatically muted at any time during work or when I starts it... i tried many things to resolve my issue a] updated the driver and re-installed it b] updated my window 10 ] channged some speaker setting ...... NOTHING WORKS please help me
