Solved!

b&o experience not working with my headphone

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a headset with extra bass about a week ago. I couldn't make the equalizer settings when I plugged in the headset to try it. then ı realise b&o experience turns off automatically when I plugged the headphone. The b &o experience that I could use before wearing the headset disappears when I wear the headset.

What exactly is the problem and how can I solve it?

You have to use software/driver from Sony otherwise system will use default Windows/Realtek sound, not B&O.

What is the brand of your headphones. B&O normally won't work when using different brand for headphones/speakers.
