Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i recently recovered my laptop from a serius error by resetting it through media creation tool into windows 10 home single language but all the drivers are gone i have installed a lot of pre installed software and some drivers are also downloaded and installed by windows update check but bang and olufsen icon is gone and so is the notification of "plugging and unplugging the headphone jack". please help me on this .
i have checked the installed realtek audio driver through device manager also checked all the drivers and taskbar icon settings from setting app in windows 10.

please help how to retrieve the bang & olufsen icon in task bar icon area.

Hi,

 

Try installing the Realtek HD Audio software package on the following link - this should also provide the B&o gui.

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp80501-81000/sp80538.exe

 

When the installation has completed, restart the notebook.
