Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I had Beats Audio working at one point but installed several service packs and now only the shortcut is visible but returns error code when attempting to use.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer if your notebook has the IDT with Beats audio sound system would be to see if installing this W10 driver and restarting the PC resolves the problem.
