bluetooth connectivity issue

hello!!! I am facing issue with my laptop Bluetooth connection.. my headphone automatically disconnects when I tried to fast forward (skip 30s option) or pause/play ( if I pause the video by pressing space bar in (Movies &tv) app the headphone gets disconnected with a small sound (krik) in headphone and I have to turn off the Bluetooth in laptop and  turn on to connect again. this problem occurs with the Netflix app too. my headphone is working well in my phone and other devices so I think the problem is with the laptop..I tried few methods from internet to dix the problem but it doesn't worked... my headphone is
