--broken headphone jack - when plug in headphone. main speaker keeps playing, no sound in headphones. Jack no longer clicks into place when inserted. How can I get this replaced??? Still under warranty, is only 9 months old. Is this where one goes for warranty repairs? HP warranty support is very opaque about how to contact.
