Product: HP Envy X360 15-cn0008
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My built in microphone has terrible static and crackling at the listener's end. I can't hear it, but my work colleagues do. If I'm in a video chat group and my colleagues have their mic open, they say the feedback is so bad.

 

Can anyone help me solve this issue, please?

What is your HP Envy X360  ? Definitely something to do with drivers. Please use the following way to find out the model/product of your machine
