Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I don't know what happen but my microphone and camera just stop working all of a sudden. i tried to see if the drivers were missing or corrupt, by scanning through the hp website. The hp support website said that my drivers are fine. Anyone have any suggestions please let me know. thanks
