hi. previously i could use this feature but its isnt available after reinstalling windows. equilizer is available but experience cant be enables. plz help. using i7 7700hq windows 10 homeScreenshot (7).png

I understand that you can't turn on bang and olsfen audio experience.

 

In that case, I would suggest you reinstall the bang and olsfen software.

Now i cant control the hp noise cancellation and in the second image problem is still there. its not accesable. i installed the driver you gave in the link. what should i do now

What is the Windows version you are using? (1909, 2004 or any previous version)
