Product: HP ENVY x360 — 15m-ee0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when I have a video conference no matter where (zoom, skype etc.) a crackling noise appears in a random moment (from 45 minutes to > 1 hour from the beginning of the session) and during that my microphone stops working too. Only force restart helps, but its very unconvenient to do that all the time. I have updated all drivers, sound and video too, used hp diagnostic tool (nothing was found) but all of this didn't work. Also I found possible solution (https://support.hp.com/by-ru/product/hp-envy-15-ee0000-x360-convertible-laptop-pc-series/32552489/mo...) but my windows 10  version is 20H2 so it didn't worked for me. please help me to solve this problem.
