Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

this is my second hp omen x and i keep having the same issues. ive already sent this one for repairs and my first omen was repaired 2-3 times before they sent me a brand new one. im getting super fustrated and hope there is a solution to this before i ask for a refund.

 

problem 1: while streaming any form of video the picture sometimes goes blank, but mostly it gets distorted changing colors. it never happens when im gaming only when watching movies or youtube.

 

problem 2: my audio becomes out of sync gradually. i think it happens during gaming as well but its a little harder to tell. 

 

during repairs supposedly the mother board and graphics card 1070 gtx were swapped out.
