Can't figure out how to use microphone.

To install a new microphone, follow these steps:
  1. Make sure your microphone is connected to your PC.
  2. Select Start > Settings > System > Sound.
  3. In Sound settings, go to Input > Choose your input device, and then select the microphone or recording device you want to use.

If your microphone doesn't work, the sound is too low, or other microphone audio issues are occurring, troubleshoot the device using the steps in the posts below.
