headphone jack stopped working.

HP Envy x360 m6 convertable
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Headphone jack stopped working.  When headphones plugged in, sound still comes out of the speakers.  Not the jack.  Tried different headphones.

headphone jack stopped working.

I did most of what is in the link yesterday.  Then I chatted with HP tech support and they had me do all of it again.  It still doesnt work.  I am waiting for them to call me back to give instructions on getting it repaired.  Thank you for your response.
