i have just plugged my new JBL-C150si earphones into this laptop but it is not getting detected nor it is getting completely into the port ..

my jbl earphones is 3.5mm jack ..what is the port size of this laptop hp pavilion au620tx?

what is the reason it is not getting detected?

Is it an HP Pavilion 15-au620tx ? The port is standard 3.5mm
