when I am a host during a zoom session, I can't hear all the participants (above 7 participants).

Hello 

Thank you for your very exhaustive help! 

The loudspeakers seem to work but If I organize a zoom conference for more than 7 people, I have no sound anymore. 

When I greet five people , I can hear all of them...

Thank you for posting back.

 

You can host an unlimited number of meetings but if you would like to have more than one meeting concurrently, you will need additional host licenses.

I would request you to contact Zoom service.
