Hi:

 

I had the same issue in my HP 350 G1.

 

I managed to solve the problem by installing the W10 IDT audio driver from the HP 242 G2.

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71886.exe

 

Restart the PC after installing the driver.

 

One thing to be aware of...after I installed the driver, it set the headphones as the default, so I had no sound out of the speakers.

 

If that also happens to you, go to the Windows control panel>hardware and sound>sound>manage audio devices, and set the PC speakers as the default.
